I am passionate about sport, travel and people. The opportunity to safely transport people to a once-in-a-lifetime sporting event is both a privilege and an honour. To outwardly strive to put smiles on faces, under an overarching banner of Customer Delight, remains the committed goal.
I have been fortunate to have attended 6 FIFA World Cups, 3 FA Cup Finals, 2 Asian Cups and countless other events in the worlds of international and domestic football, cricket, rugby union, rugby league, tennis, motor racing, cycling, golf and several more. My professional and sporting travels have taken me to over 32 countries around the world.
Travel has been my passion from a young age which led me into a career in the travel industry. I am a fiercely committed and loyal customer-service professional with 20 years’ experience in corporate and leisure travel industry. As a lifelong traveller myself, I am highly organised and proactive, with strong communication skills. I foster long-standing customer and supplier relationships through combining technical know-how and experience in group movement. I thrive working as part of a dynamic team and being a part of the Real Deal Sports Tours team is a great honour.
I am a member of both the Australian Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS) and the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA).
