An Eleven Night Tour Dedicated to All Things, Manchester United FC!

This is your chance – possibly a once-in-a-lifetime chance – to be at the temple of Old Trafford to watch your beloved Red Devils take on the current Premier League Champions and cross-town rivals, Manchester City. There is arguably no bigger rivalry in the Premier League!

The tour will also take you pitchside to watch the Manchester United FC Women compete in the Women’s Super League as well as the opportunity to travel away with Manchester United to the City Ground, the home of Nottingham Forest.

In addition, there will be a museum and behind-the-scenes stadium tour of Old Trafford, with access to the dressing room, players’ tunnel and the plethora of trophies. We will also include 2-3 more stadium tours at other first class football venues, significant free time for sightseeing, 4-star accommodation, including breakfast and a Welcome Dinner and Farewell Lunch.

Finally, as the fixtures are certain to change due to TV broadcasting, we will seek to offer additional games from the EUFA Champions League, the Europa League, the Conference League, Premier League, WSL, EFL Championship, League One or League Two – and will do so at the price for which we are able to secure the tickets (often at pure face value).

Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. As soon as payments are received, your booking is confirmed. There will be a maximum number of 20 guests on this tour.

To secure your place(s) on the Manchester United FC Tour, a deposit of $2,000 per Tour Guest is required. The balance of the payment will be required in two equal payments on 1st August and 1st October 2024.

Tour Itinerary
As always, our tour itinerary may be impacted by the re-scheduling of fixtures due to TV broadcasting preferences and other variables beyond our control. We will do our very best to accommodate for such changes where possible.

Whilst we await the specific details of several fixtures, we know that the Manchester United FC Tour will include the following:

1x hospitality ticket to a home game at Old Trafford v Manchester City

1x WSL game involving Manchester United Women

1x hospitality ticket to a Manchester United away game at Nottingham Forest OR to another Premier League game

Tour of Old Trafford

2-3 other stadium tours

Tour of the Manchester United FC Museum

Shopping spree in the Manchester United FC superstore

Local transport and 11 nights 4* accommodation including breakfast

Welcome and Farewell events

Plenty of time for sightseeing, at leisure

In addition to the above stated tour inclusions, we will canvas all Tour Guests, closer to the commencement of the tour, to see if they have interest in attending other games from the Premier League, the Championship and even League One and League Two, as well as other WSL matches. As is our preference, we will always try to secure these optional, extra tickets for you at face value. And this is also true if, in fact, there are European Champions League matches (or Europa / Conference) for which we can obtain tickets. All associated travel and accommodation expenses associated with those optional, extra games would be at each Tour Guest’s expense.

Determining whether your health, fitness, and pandemic vaccination status qualifies you for one of our tours, is entirely your responsibility. This includes every aspect of passport, visa, vaccination and health immigration requirements and, whilst we will always direct you to the local Embassy, Consulate or the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT – www.smartraveller.gov.au) for clarification, we will not be held responsible for any tour guest who breaches the requirements and regulations of the host country/city. Any breaches of these responsibilities which might prevent you from travelling to or participating in any aspect of the tour, will be at your exclusive cost up to and including any losses which we incur as a result of your breach. Whilst health regulations and preventative requirements differ from country to country and state to state, you accept that you will willingly comply with any stated preventative measures that will minimise the spread of viral infections to fellow tour guests, fellow passengers or other members of the general public. Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of your tour. In such a case, you will be exclusively responsible for all associated costs, fines and penalties and we will not be held responsible for any legal action whatsoever associated with the cancellation of your tour. You acknowledge that you are aware of, and assume responsibility for, the risks associated with travelling at this time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to these additional health risks. In the unfortunate event that you contract COVID-19 whilst on tour, you agree to isolate from the group at your own expense and follow all local regulations relating to isolation, prior to potentially re-joining the tour. All associated costs will be at your expense and we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss whatsoever.

As a condition of booking, you are required to take out adequate travel and health insurance for yourself and all nominated members of your booking. You will be required to provide us with evidence of such insurances, if asked. We recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance. Such travel and health insurance should cover you and all of your nominated tour guests against the cost of cancellation by you/them, the cost of assistance, including medical and repatriation expenses in the event of personal injury, accident, illness or death, loss of or damage to baggage, loss of money, personal liability insurance and other expenses. It is a condition of us accepting your booking that you have made adequate insurance provision to cover you and your nominated tour guests. Travel & Health Insurance should be in place from the date the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

CANCELLATIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Cancellations By Real Deal Sports Tours
In the event the tour is cancelled/postponed by Real Deal Sports Tours – for instance if there are insufficient registered guests to make the trip viable – we will offer you a full refund. This extends to payments made directly to us and not to any other service provider.

Cancellations By Tour Guest
You acknowledge that, in the event that you cancel your tour for whatever reason, all payments are non-refundable. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that you ensure you take out comprehensive travel insurance. Cancellation by a tour guest almost always means that we incur additional costs. As such, every cancellation will cost the tour guest $100 in addition to any and all other costs incurred by us.
