For avid golfers, the chance to get away with a few mates – or to have your mates join up with another group of mates – is one of the highlights of this great sport!

By nature, most golfers are pretty social folk, so we want to create a golfing experience in which you get to travel, socialise, play lots of golf and enjoy some of the wonderful local hospitality that our stunning locations provide!

Restricted to a maximum of only 20 guests, the lucky participants will enjoy one of several golfing experiences, entirely accompanied by your own personal PGA Golf Professional, Mark Varela! Our journeys will take us to the first class golfing regions of the Hunter Valley, the Mornington Peninsular and beautiful South Australia (including a wine tour as well!).

The tours vary from 2 nights up to 6 nights, depending on location and each has its own appeal. Check out our “Proposed Itinerary” tab for more information.

Finally, we also like to include a Partner Program which may encompass a range of non-golfing activities such as winery tours, spa & treatment packages, hot springs, nature walks, cycling, horse riding or scenic tours. This may be number dependent.

Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. As soon as payments are received, your booking is confirmed. There are a maximum number of 20 guests on this tour (golfers + partners).

As always, our tour itinerary may be impacted by a number of random changes and other variables beyond our control (closure of course, adverse weather etc). We will do our very best to accommodate for such changes where possible.

Packages include pricing for both single and twin share accommodation, green fees and, where required, can include domestic and international return airfares.

We also recognise that many golfers have cherished partners who, whilst perhaps not being golfers themselves, may wish to accompany you on your trip. For that reason, we will seek to offer, where practical, a Partner Program, which may encompass a range of non-golfing activities such as winery tours, spa & treatment packages, hot springs, nature walks, cycling, horse riding or scenic tours. The options are obviously dependent on numbers of guest partners and event availability but we will always endeavour to be sufficiently creative to ensure your partner’s experience matches yours!

Bookings will be accepted on a first in, best dressed basis.

Determining whether your health, fitness, and pandemic vaccination status qualifies you for one of our tours, is entirely your responsibility. This includes every aspect of passport, visa, vaccination and health immigration requirements and, whilst we will always direct you to the local Embassy, Consulate or the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT –  www.smartraveller.gov.au ) for clarification, we will not be held responsible for any tour guest who breaches the requirements and regulations of the host country/city. Any breaches of these responsibilities which might prevent you from travelling to or participating in any aspect of the tour, will be at your exclusive cost up to and including any losses which we incur as a result of your breach.

Whilst COVID-19 regulations and preventative requirements differ from country to country and state to state, you accept that you will willingly comply with any stated preventative measures that will minimise the spread of COVID-19 to fellow tour guests, fellow passengers or other members of the general public. Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of your tour. In such a case, you will be exclusively responsible for all associated costs, fines and penalties and we will not be held responsible for any legal action whatsoever associated with the cancellation of your tour. You acknowledge that you are aware of, and assume responsibility for, the risks associated with travelling at this time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to these additional health risks.

In the unfortunate event that you contract COVID-19 whilst on tour, you agree to isolate from the group at your own expense and follow all local regulations relating to isolation, prior to potentially re-joining the tour. All associated costs will be at your expense and we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss whatsoever.

As a condition of booking, you are required to take out adequate travel and health insurance for yourself and all nominated members of your booking. You will be required to provide us with evidence of such insurances, if asked. We recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance. Such travel and health insurance should cover you and all of your nominated tour guests against the cost of cancellation by you/them, the cost of assistance, including medical and repatriation expenses in the event of personal injury, accident, illness or death, loss of or damage to baggage, loss of money, personal liability insurance and other expenses. It is a condition of us accepting your booking that you have made adequate insurance provision to cover you and your nominated tour guests. Travel & Health Insurance should be in place from the date the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid.
