Arguably the highest profile match on the entire Premier League calendar, come join us and other tour guests on this magical tour that includes the headline game between Manchester City and fierce rivals, Manchester United, in hospitality seating at City’s Etihad Stadium. In addition, we will add a further two PL games, likely to involve Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle United or West Ham United (depending on fixture rescheduling).

And if that’s not enough, we will also include up to 4 stadium tours, quality accommodation including breakfast, all domestic transport, plenty of time for sightseeing and both Welcome & Farewell Dinners.

But wait, there’s more! Depending on rescheduling, we will try to add a high profile game from the Women’s Super League as well as do everything possible to secure – for an additional investment – tickets to a European match. Clubs from Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Brighton and London may all be competing in the knockout stages of the Champions, Europa and Conference Leagues and we will try to have you pitch side!

Tour package options will reflect pricing for both single and twin share accommodation, excluding international airfares. There will be an Early Bird Price (to end of October, 2023) and a Regular Price from 1st November 2023 onwards.

Please note, we expect that packages will be in high demand. Once released, the allocation of available packages will be made on a first come, first served basis. The sooner you make the payment, the higher will be your prioritised allocation. However, the payment of a $2,000 deposit will secure your place on the tour – and is fully refundable in the event that a ticket to the Manchester Derby is unavailable.

Tickets to English Premier League matches will be sold as part of a hospitality package. These packages vary from stadium to stadium and an average cost will be built into your package investment.

Tickets will not be sold individually. Your tickets are included as part of the package. Whilst all fixtures are subject to change, we will be able to confirm the specific matches as soon as the revised fixtures reflect the new TV broadcast dates.

West Ham United v Burnley at London Stadium, Tottenham Hotspur v Crystal Palace at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium, Chelsea v Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge and Arsenal v Brentford at The Emirates Stadium

As soon as the revised EPL fixtures are confirmed, we will also organise 3-4 tours of major English stadia. These could include the likes of Anfield, Old Trafford, Wembley and Stamford Bridge. They will certainly be eye-opening experiences, behind the scenes at some of the most famous football grounds in England.

Accommodation for the 12 nights of the tour will be in quality hotels and will include daily breakfast. We will include several ‘free’ days to explore our host cities so that you can enjoy plenty of leisure time and sightseeing.

Travelling with a passionate and enthusiastic group of fellow football fans often provides the opportunity to network and share football and other stories. Our Welcome Dinner will be the perfect opportunity to discuss expectations as to how the various teams will perform, the excitement of visiting some of the great stadiums and a chance to fine-tune sightseeing options based on others’ feedback and prior experiences.

Similarly, towards the end of the tour, we will also include a Farewell Function at which we can reflect on the highs – and other highs! – of the tour and reminiscing about the amazing experiences you will have each enjoyed in England.

With exact fixtures and host cities still to be confirmed, we can confirm that your investment will include all domestic land & air travel associated with transport between matches and host cities. We know that we will be in Manchester on 29th February, 2024 and that the tour will conclude almost certainly in London on Tuesday, 12th March 2024. The investment does not include international airfares to/from England so Tour Guests are free to extend their UK stay before and/or after the tour dates. We will be happy to assist you with airfares, should you prefer.

The investment for each Tour Guest will be as follows:

Early Bird (up to and including 31st October 2023)

$7,190 (twin share) or $10,040 (single).

Regular Price (from 1st November 2023)

$7,550 (twin share) or $10,400 (single).

We will do our very best to ensure the tour costs remain as close to this as possible and will notify you of any changes as soon as we are able. We may also advise you of some ‘optional extras’ that you may choose to add to your tour experience.

 

Deposit

To secure your place on the Manchester, English & Euro Football Tour, you are invited to submit a deposit of $2,000 per person. We have provided our company bank details below for you to transfer your deposit payment(s). Once the monies are received, we will issue a receipt. Please note that your deposit is fully refundable in the event that we are unable to guarantee match tickets to the Manchester City v Manchester United match. This overrides any other Cancellation or Non-Refundable clause in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

Determining whether your health, fitness, and pandemic vaccination status qualifies you for one of our tours, is entirely your responsibility. This includes every aspect of passport, visa, vaccination and health immigration requirements and, whilst we will always direct you to the local Embassy, Consulate or the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT –  www.smartraveller.gov.au ) for clarification, we will not be held responsible for any tour guest who breaches the requirements and regulations of the host country/city. Any breaches of these responsibilities which might prevent you from travelling to or participating in any aspect of the tour, will be at your exclusive cost up to and including any losses which we incur as a result of your breach.

Whilst COVID-19 regulations and preventative requirements differ from country to country and state to state, you accept that you will willingly comply with any stated preventative measures that will minimise the spread of COVID-19 to fellow tour guests, fellow passengers or other members of the general public. Failure to do so may result in the immediate cancellation of your tour. In such a case, you will be exclusively responsible for all associated costs, fines and penalties and we will not be held responsible for any legal action whatsoever associated with the cancellation of your tour. You acknowledge that you are aware of, and assume responsibility for, the risks associated with travelling at this time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability in relation to these additional health risks.

In the unfortunate event that you contract COVID-19 whilst on tour, you agree to isolate from the group at your own expense and follow all local regulations relating to isolation, prior to potentially re-joining the tour. All associated costs will be at your expense and we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss whatsoever.

As a condition of booking, you are required to take out adequate travel and health insurance for yourself and all nominated members of your booking. You will be required to provide us with evidence of such insurances, if asked. We recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance. Such travel and health insurance should cover you and all of your nominated tour guests against the cost of cancellation by you/them, the cost of assistance, including medical and repatriation expenses in the event of personal injury, accident, illness or death, loss of or damage to baggage, loss of money, personal liability insurance and other expenses. It is a condition of us accepting your booking that you have made adequate insurance provision to cover you and your nominated tour guests. Travel & Health Insurance should be in place from the date the booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid.

CANCELLATIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Cancellations By Real Deal Sports Tours
In the event the tour is cancelled/postponed by Real Deal Sports Tours – for instance if there are insufficient registered guests to make the trip viable – we will offer you a full refund. This extends to payments made directly to us and not to any other service provider.

Cancellations By Tour Guest
You acknowledge that, in the event that you cancel your tour for whatever reason, all payments are non-refundable. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that you ensure you take out comprehensive travel insurance. Cancellation by a tour guest almost always means that we incur additional costs. As such, every cancellation will cost the tour guest $100 in addition to any and all other costs incurred by us.
